    Hey Suhas,

I have been following your website and flickr stream eagerly. And I know how enthusiastic you are about photography! :)
These are really, really beautiful images. The thing that I like the most about your pictures is the exposure. These are almost evenly exposed – na kum na jyada! And the best example is images # 12. Even though it is shot against Sun, it is beautifully captured. Details of front of the truck are clearly visible. I would like to know some tips about exposure settings. I dont have a SLR but Canon Powershot S2 IS, and it has got it’s limitations. Also it would be good if you reveal some common PS processes you follow. If you can’t post here, you can reply on maheshraopatil@gmail.com.

Thanks a lot again for these beautiful photos. Keep clicking.

    Regards,
    Mahesh Patil

Thanks a lot mahesh ! sorry for the late reply . Was in Konkan , just got back .
Most imp thing in color photography is to get up early . Those 15 to 20 mins before and after the sunrise is the perfect time to click the photos . You ll get very low contrast and evenly lite objects all around . shot 12 , well that was one exception morning . It was very misty and there was beautifully defused glow all around . I did some pp as well . Pulled down the highlights a little , pushed up shadows a little , to get some even exposure . I do manual metering . So i believe s2 is is perfectly fine camera for this situation . The pp involved is bit difficult to explain over a comment or mail . I ll personally explain it to you some day
